Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a madeleine pan with coconut oil.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix applesauce, non-dairy milk, melted coconut oil, and lavender until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; fold in blueberries.
- Spoon batter into molds until three-quarters full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown; cool on a wire rack.
