Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until combined.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually combine the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just blended; avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
