Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an oven-safe baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs (or flaxseed mixture). Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before topping with chopped nuts and drizzling with maple syrup.
