- 1 ripe pineapple, peeled and sliced into rings

- 2 tablespoons plant-based butter or coconut oil, melted
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Dip each pineapple ring in melted butter substitute, then coat with the sugar mixture.
- Place coated pineapple in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and caramelized.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
