Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight for extra tenderness.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat enough oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Dredge each marinated chicken piece in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Fry the coated chicken in hot oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
