- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Irish cream coffee creamer
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a rectangular baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, and Irish cream creamer until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before poking holes in the cake with a skewer. Pour remaining Irish cream creamer over it to soak.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and frost the cooled cake generously.
