Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Cut the cabbage into thick slices, about one inch each.
- Drizzle olive oil over each slice and season generously with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned cabbage steaks on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
- Serve immediately, optionally drizzled with balsamic glaze.
