- 4 croissants (or brioche)
- 1 cup Reese’s Spread (or any nut butter)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup half & half (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup praline pecans (or crushed almonds/walnuts)
Instructions
- Slice each croissant in half lengthwise, creating a pocket.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of Reese’s Spread inside each croissant half and close gently.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and half & half until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat; add oil or butter if needed.
- Dip each stuffed croissant into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated, then place it in the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm topped with crushed praline pecans.
