Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar until bubbling.
- Gradually whisk in the heavy cream and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in sea salt to taste.
- Pour the caramel over the crackers and bake for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and lightly toasted.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
