- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz fresh egg noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the vegetables and slicing the steak.
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the sliced steak for 3-4 minutes until browned but not overcooked. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add shrimp, bell peppers, and green onions to the skillet; sauté for another few minutes until shrimp are pink.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic; cook for an additional two minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet; toss everything together until evenly mixed and heated through.
