Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into four equal patties about one inch thick.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Serve on buns or lettuce wraps with your favorite toppings like sliced tomatoes or avocado.
