- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup boiling water
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup concentrated orange juice
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and bake for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
- Dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water and let it cool slightly.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in powdered sugar.
- Stir in concentrated orange juice and cooled gelatin mixture until well combined.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
