- 1 habanero chile
- 1 bunch scallions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground allspice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry chicken pieces.
- Blend marinade ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Marinate chicken in a sealable bag overnight for optimal flavor.
- Preheat the grill; brush with oil and cook marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 20 minutes total).
