  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, shredded mozzarella, shallots, red bell pepper, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper until well mixed.
  2. Shape the mixture into sticks and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Set up three bowls for breading: one with panko breadcrumbs, one with beaten eggs mixed with water, and another with additional panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each stick into the egg mixture and then coat it with panko breadcrumbs. Repeat for extra crunch.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan to about 350°F (175°C). Fry the sticks in batches until golden brown on both sides (approximately 3-4 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels before serving.
