  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh parsley or mint

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water with sugar and yeast; let sit until foamy.
  2. In another bowl, whisk flour and salt. Combine with the yeast mixture and olive oil to form dough.
  3. Knead until smooth; let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (1-2 hours).
  4. Prepare the topping by mixing ground meat with chopped vegetables and spices.
  5. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the dough into thin circles.
