Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin by greasing or lining it.

- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, vegetable oil, and egg until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Gently fold in the dried lavender and fresh blueberries.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar if desired.
