Ingredients
- 6 oranges
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g butter
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Cut off the tops of the oranges and scoop out the flesh without damaging the skin; reserve the juice.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, orange juice, eggs, melted butter, and melted dark chocolate. Mix well.
- Add flour and stir until fully incorporated.
- Place hollowed oranges on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and fill with the chocolate mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are set but the center remains slightly gooey.
- Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh mint before serving.
