Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the parsley and mincing the garlic.
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and pour in the chicken broth; let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with cold water until smooth; add to the skillet while stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before plating.
