Ingredients
- 6 ounces lemon jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 16 ounces whipped topping
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix lemon jello with boiling water until dissolved. Allow to cool for about 20 minutes.
- In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese and crushed pineapple using a hand mixer until smooth.
- Slowly pour cooled jello into the cream mixture, mixing on low speed until combined.
- Gently fold in 12 ounces of whipped topping until well blended.
- Pour into a serving dish and chill for at least four hours before serving.
- Garnish with reserved whipped topping and fresh fruit before enjoying.
