Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup Newman’s Own Classic Oil and Vinegar Dressing
- 1/3 cup basil pesto
- 3 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Spike Seasoning
Instructions
- Trim visible fat from the chicken breasts and cut them into 2-inch pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine dressing, basil pesto, lemon juice, and Spike Seasoning.
- Place chicken pieces in a Ziploc bag with marinade; seal and coat well. Marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
- Drain excess marinade before grilling.
- Preheat grill to medium heat; thread chicken onto skewers tightly.
- Grill kabobs for about 15 minutes, turning frequently until cooked through.
