Ingredients
- 12 chicken breast tenderloins
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, oregano, and rosemary to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken tenderloins in a zip-top bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to 6 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium indirect heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken for about 2-3 minutes on one side; flip, baste with reserved marinade, and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- Remove from grill and let rest under foil for 3-5 minutes before serving.
