Ingredients

  • Lemon Verbena Syrup: 1 oz (30 ml)
  • Fresh Lemon Juice: ½ oz (15 ml)
  • Sparkling Apple Juice: 3 oz (90 ml)
  • Soda Water: 1 oz (30 ml)
  • Fresh Lemon Verbena Leaves: 3 to 4
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lemon Slice: For garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the syrup by simmering equal parts water and sugar with lemon verbena leaves for about 5 minutes. Cool and strain.
  2. Fill a MOcktail shaker with ice cubes, add syrup, lemon juice, and torn lemon verbena leaves. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice, pour over sparkling apple juice, followed by soda water. Stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice and a small sprig of lemon verbena.
