- 6 oz fresh spinach (or thawed frozen spinach)
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup white cheddar cheese
- Panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Prepare the spinach by washing fresh or squeezing excess water from thawed frozen spinach.
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- In a food processor or mixing bowl, blend together sautéed garlic, cream cheese chunks, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Stir in grated parmesan and white cheddar cheeses along with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with Panko bread crumbs and additional parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle melted butter on top and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
