Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
  4. Stir in the vegetable oil until well combined.
  5. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and baking powder; mix just until incorporated.
  6. Gently fold in Lucky Charms vegan marshmallows and optional chocolate chips and sprinkles.
  7. Scoop dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them on prepared sheets, spaced apart.
