Ingredients
- 1 large mango (peeled and chopped)
- 2 habanero peppers (seeded)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add mango, habanero peppers, honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, and salt to the pan.
- Simmer for 10–15 minutes until the mango softens and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Let cool slightly before blending until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Store in an airtight container.
