  • 1 lb skinless and boneless chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch: Cucumber Basil Ranch
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • Lemon wedges (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch, finely chopped oregano, lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Add cubed chicken to the marinade and stir until well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
  4. Grill chicken bites for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through with char marks.
