Ingredients
- 4 fillets branzino (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 sprig fresh oregano
- Salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup dry white apple vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the branzino fillets dry and arrange them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle each fillet with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Spread minced garlic evenly over the fillets.
- Top with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
- Pour the white apple vinegar around the fillets to keep them moist during baking.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
