Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and ensure sun-dried tomatoes are well-drained. Finely dice the shallot and grate the garlic.
- In a food processor, combine sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, shallot, oregano, thyme, paprika, and chili flakes. Pulse until blended but slightly textured.
- Add grated parmesan cheese (or alternative) and pulse again until fully mixed. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and serve with dippers like bread or vegetables.
