Ingredients
- 3 cups watermelon (diced or balled)
- 3 cups strawberries (sliced)
- 2 cups cantaloupe (diced or balled)
- 2 cups honeydew (diced or balled)
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp agave or honey
- ⅛–¼ tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp fresh mint (chopped)
- 1½ tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, agave, and salt. Stir in chopped mint and basil; set aside.
- Use a melon baller to scoop balls from watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew. Slice strawberries lengthwise.
- In a large bowl, combine all fruit and pour the dressing over it. Gently stir to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving for an enhanced flavor experience.
