- 1 pound ground chicken

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until just mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it evenly.
- For the topping, mix ketchup and brown sugar together and spread it over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
