- 200 g ground beef
- 100 g onion, finely diced
- 3 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg yolk
- 85 g all-purpose flour
- Cooking oil (for frying)
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash rice vinegar
Instructions
- Sauté onions in butter until softened.
- Cook ground beef with onions until browned; mix in sauces and cool.
- Combine cooked beef mixture with panko soaked in milk, egg yolk, sugar, and spices.
- Shape into patties and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat each patty in flour, egg, and double coat with panko.
- Fry patties until golden brown on both sides; drain excess oil.
