Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, avocado oil, and lime juice until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill over medium-high heat for even cooking.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill each side for about 5-7 minutes per inch of thickness until fully cooked.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing to keep it juicy.
