Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
- Pack the mixture firmly into the bottom of each jar.
- In a cold bowl, whip the heavy cream until medium-stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Fill jars with cheesecake filling and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Decorate with toppings before serving.
