Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, and miso until smooth; season with chili flakes and black pepper.
- Toss drained spaghetti with turkey bacon off heat, then quickly add the egg mixture while stirring continuously.
- Gradually incorporate reserved pasta water to achieve desired creaminess. Serve topped with cheese and garnish with parsley.
