- 340 g butter (for frosting)

- 1/3 cup cocoa powder (for frosting)

- 100 g semisweet chocolate (for frosting)
- 1 tsp orange zest (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, granulated sugar, and kosher salt.
- Add eggs, vegetable oil, orange juice, hot coffee, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the frosting, beat softened butter with powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, melted chocolate, and orange zest until creamy.
- Once cooled, frost the cake evenly with the chocolate orange buttercream.
