- 2 apples, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tbsp brown sugar

- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
- 8 pieces caramel candy
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Prepare the apple filling: In a medium saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter over medium heat. Sauté the chopped apples for 5-7 minutes until slightly softened. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt; cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until fragrant. Let cool.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble the bombs: Unroll biscuit dough into individual pieces, placing apple filling and a piece of caramel in each center. Pinch seams to seal tightly and roll into balls.
- Bake: Place on baking sheet seam-side down, brush with melted butter, and bake for 18-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
