Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup milk, and egg until well mixed.
- Press the meat mixture into a greased casserole dish evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese and crumbled turkey bacon over the meat layer.
- In another bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 cup milk until smooth; pour over casserole layers.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
