  • 2 blocks cream cheese, at room temperature (16 oz total)
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Biscoff creamy cookie butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 & 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • Additional crushed Biscoff cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing Biscoff cookie crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter. Press two-thirds into a springform pan and refrigerate.
