- 2/3 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all dry and wet ingredients until well mixed.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 1 hour to firm up.
- Roll chilled mixture into bite-sized balls (about 30 bites).
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
