- 4 cups Cheerios
- 4 cups crisp rice cereal
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 2 cups M&M's
- 2 cups light corn syrup
- 1 ¾ cups sugar
- 2 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 ¾ teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Spray a 15'' x 10'' x 1'' pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Cheerios, crisp rice cereal, dry roasted peanuts, and M&M's; mix gently.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring light corn syrup and sugar to a boil while stirring frequently. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the syrup mixture over the cereal mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in the prepared pan, pressing down firmly to ensure it sets well. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
