Ingredients
- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed but still cold)
- 6 tablespoons Nutella (about 1/2 tablespoon per triangle)
- 1 tablespoon milk (optional for wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry if necessary and cut each sheet into triangles (4-6 per sheet).
- Place about 1/2 tablespoon of Nutella at the wide end of each triangle and roll them from the wide end towards the tip.
- Optionally brush milk over each croissant for a glossy finish.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
