- 3 large eggs

- ⅔ cup salted butter (150g), melted
- 1 orange (juice + zest)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 10 x 4.5-inch loaf tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder; mix well to combine.
- Add melted butter along with orange juice and zest; stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf tin and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow cooling completely before serving.
