Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8×4-inch loaf pans.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the mashed bananas until just mixed.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully incorporated. Avoid overmixing.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts evenly throughout the batter.
- Divide the batter between the prepared pans and bake for 35 to 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for about 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
