  • 3 oz prosciutto
  • 4 oz ricotta cheese
  • 5 oz fresh mozzarella
  • 2 oz asiago cheese
  • 1 1/2 medium fresh peaches
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F with the pizza stone inside for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, combine balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat; simmer until reduced (about 15 minutes).
  3. Roll out pizza dough on parchment paper into a round shape; brush with olive oil and minced garlic, then season.
  4. Layer prosciutto, dollops of ricotta, mozzarella cubes, and asiago cheese over the dough.
