Ingredients
- 16 oz pizza dough
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
- 3 oz prosciutto
- 4 oz ricotta cheese
- 5 oz fresh mozzarella
- 2 oz asiago cheese
- 1 1/2 medium fresh peaches
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F with the pizza stone inside for about 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, combine balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat; simmer until reduced (about 15 minutes).
- Roll out pizza dough on parchment paper into a round shape; brush with olive oil and minced garlic, then season.
- Layer prosciutto, dollops of ricotta, mozzarella cubes, and asiago cheese over the dough.
- Slice peaches and arrange them on top of the cheese mixture.
- Transfer pizza to the preheated stone and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven; drizzle with balsamic reduction and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
