Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken or turkey
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 12 leaves of Boston lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- Fresh herbs (cilantro, green onions) for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl and marinate the chicken and peanuts for 15 minutes.
- Soak rice noodles in water until softened; drain and cut into smaller pieces.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook the marinated chicken mixture for about 10 minutes until done.
- Stir-fry the soaked noodles with the chicken mixture for an additional 5 minutes.
- Assemble by scooping the filling into lettuce leaves and topping with herbs and extra sauce.
