  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 100 g chocolate (chopped)
  • 45 g crushed pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet ingredients on low speed.
  5. Fold in the chopped chocolate and crushed pistachios until evenly distributed.
