Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 – 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 4 drops neon green food coloring
- 2 tsp green apple extract
- 4 drops black gel food coloring
Instructions
- Melt the fudge base: In a double boiler over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Color and flavor: Remove from heat and divide the mixture into two bowls. Mix neon green food coloring and green apple extract in one bowl, and add black gel food coloring to the other.
- Layer the fudge: Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour half of the green mixture into the pan, then layer with black fudge before topping with the remaining green mixture.
- Chill: Refrigerate for about 24 hours until firm. Lift out using parchment paper and cut into squares.
