- 8 oz feta cheese (drained)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1–2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Chopped walnuts (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
- Add the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend again until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and cover it. Chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped walnuts, fresh thyme, and an extra drizzle of honey. Enjoy with crusty bread or crackers.
