- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Wash and dry the spinach thoroughly. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and olive oil until well combined. Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Serve immediately topped with optional crumbled feta cheese.
