Ingredients

  • 1 pound chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 pound diced fresh pineapple
  • 12 ounces fresh blueberries
  • 12 ounces red grapes, halved
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 3 mandarin oranges
  • 2 bananas, sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice strawberries into bite-sized pieces, dice pineapple, halve grapes, peel and dice kiwis, segment mandarin oranges, and slice bananas if using.
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey with lime zest and freshly squeezed lime juice until well blended.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all prepared fruits and pour the honey lime dressing over them. Toss lightly to coat evenly.
