Ingredients
- 1 pound chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 pound diced fresh pineapple
- 12 ounces fresh blueberries
- 12 ounces red grapes, halved
- 4 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 3 mandarin oranges
- 2 bananas, sliced (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice strawberries into bite-sized pieces, dice pineapple, halve grapes, peel and dice kiwis, segment mandarin oranges, and slice bananas if using.
- In a small bowl, mix honey with lime zest and freshly squeezed lime juice until well blended.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all prepared fruits and pour the honey lime dressing over them. Toss lightly to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour to allow flavors to meld.
